Qube Residential has strengthened its presence across Greater Manchester following the acquisition of Chris Ball Sales and Lettings Agency in Bolton.

Based at 651 Chorley Old Road, the Bolton sales and lettings agency has become part of Qube Residential’s expanding North West network. The acquisition adds more than 300 managed units to Qube’s portfolio, taking the total number of properties managed by the company to more than 1,300 across the region.

The expansion also establishes a permanent Qube Residential office in Bolton, alongside the company’s existing offices in Manchester and Liverpool.
